Design
package and policy includes:
Design Consultation - A project manager and designer
will assemble information on your business, your target market
and your goals as well as your concept of what your vision
for the site may be. Based on this information, the staff
will suggest several creative possibilities for the direction
of the site.
You and the designer will discuss the options and make creative
decisions based on this information, to reach your target
audience and accomplish your marketing and sales goals. These
decisions will be reflected in both the design of the site
and the navigational system that operates the site.
Color scheme – The Graphlyx designers will initially
create two color schemes representing colors of choice.
Based on your feedback, the designer will produce mock-ups
of the
front page and one sub-page for your input, these templates
will be used to create every page on the site. Once approved,
if needed up to two additional color schemes will be created
for further approval.
Fonts and styles – You may use your own custom fonts
or allow our staff to recommend the fonts and styles to use
throughout the site.
Logo Design/re-design – If you don’t have a
logo or company brand, Graphlyx will produce two alternate

Artwork/photo scanning – Graphlyx will scan up to
5 images, photographs or artwork per web page. The scans will
include formatting, cropping and resizing if needed.
Revision – If, after you see the combined color scheme,
site layout, design and navigation system – but BEFORE
any sub pages are created – you don’t like it,
you can completely change everything once for no extra
cost. Subsequent changes will incur additional charges. |

Monthly
maintenance contract –
$25 per month: Graphlyx will maintain and/or
update your web site for up to 1 hour per month.
These updates
include changing text, prices, fonts and colors, graphics
and copyrighting.
$75.00 per hr.: Billed for additional time.
Optional Fees –
$10 each: Additional
standard graphics.
$100 each: Additional logo designs.
$150 each: Additional HTML pages.
$10 each: Shopping cart additions.
$25 each: Animated graphics(Up to 10 Frames).
$50 each: Set up of chat rooms, discussion lists, guest books,
reader polls, online quizzes, visitor hit counter.
$500 each: Additional complete site redesign.
$200 each: Install and configure banner rotation system.
$50.00 each: Install and configure mail list system. This
allows you to collect your customer’s email addresses
through a web form and add them to a list for bulk-emailing.
This can give
you a quick and easy way to notify your audience of new products
or news.
$100 one time fee: Configure password-protected areas,
includes an unlimited number of areas.
$50 Each: Form – A form to collect data from the user. The scripting
to process the form is not included.
$20 Each: Document to PDF (Adobe Acrobat) or FlashPaper Conversion
$100 Each: Encode Video/Audo Clip into Web Formats. - Real Media,
Windows Media, MPEG/Quicktime, MP3 Format – per 5 minutes of video
or audio.
Starting at $250. Flash Movie – A Flash movie can be used as an animated
graphic internally on the site, or at the beginning as an intro to your site.
$150: Your site on CD-ROM – Non-erasable CD copy of your complete website and databases.
